{O N E} Year & counting.

Blake & I recently celebrated a whopping ONE YEAR of Marriage. 

I believe that's a big accomplishment in todays society.

some may think it's a big accomplishment because Blake has to put up with me. 

Either way, we celebrated ONE YEAR!

& it's been a rather wonderful year of marriage. 

The day was perfect once again.

Blake woke me up with a Kiss, as usual.

& headed out to school.

I got up late, as usual.

rushed out the door to work
to find this note.

That in itself, made my day perfect. 

I surprised Blake with a Trip to an undisclosed location.
ooolala.

which ended up to be Destin.

he'd never been.

so I kidnapped him.

covered his eyes (occasionally).
so he wouldn't come up with any ideas.

Finally we pulled up to the Best Restaurant
 in the whole entire world.
& my taste for restaurants is rather good if you ask me.
very HIGHLY recommended. 

& had this Magnificant View while eating. 

Breath-taking.

oh it was a night full of fabulous food.

& an absolutely fabulous time.

seriously.

oh & these Crab & Lobster Won Tons - 

to die for.

Anyways - we exchanged really small, homemade gifts.

I really love small & simple gifts. 

gifts from the heart.

those ones that you can tell, 

"man, they must really love me"

& that I felt.

here's to another 80 years of marriage.

plus the eternities!

 Boy oh Boy, did I get a handsome husband.
