Part of this Job of ours in Texas is to go door to door.

Seriously. Door to Door Sales folk.

for now 

I have met some of THE NICEST people on the planet.

One lady even made me homemade juice.

She was an angel. 

I voted her mom of the year. 

Then on the other hand I have met some of the creudest, rudest, most dirty words of people.

Listen here people, If someone knocks on your door ONCE - 

and you don't want to talk to them.

or have the urge to be mean.

JUST DON'T ANSWER.

I have found a particular breed of white women

hate me. 

every one (of this breed) that I have knocked on.

has been rude. 

to the point now when a large white lady opens the door.

I automatically prepare myself for what's to come.

The other day -

it was one of those emotional days of the month.

I had my FIRST rude guy. 

he opened the door. 

was rude. 

had on an aubrun shirt.

to the which I wanted to say "ROLL TIDE"
(the thought came to my head at that very moment, but somehow I had a little self control)

as I walked away

with tears in my eyes.

YES, he made me tear up.

It took everything I had as I walked to find Blake not to Bawl.

I mean he was rude. 

but I probably didn't have to cry about it. 

but come on people.

when five people in a row are not the nicest.

at some point you just go over the edge, 

straight into tears.

So this is my job for the summer.
It can be fun.
but boy can people be rude.
If you're wondering Blake has had some rude folks too
he's just got a little thicker skin than me.
he hasn't cried, yet!
