Journaling

I've been journaling again. I started this summer when we moved to Texas. On our drive out there I felt like I needed to be journaling our experiences. 

I'm so glad that I followed that impression.

That impression came at the perfect time.

& those experiences that I have wrote down as I've reflected back  and read back through what I've wrote I've seen more clearly the Master's hand in my life. I have felt more powerfully

 the Love of my Savior. 

Journaling has always been something I've liked.

But have never felt like I've had the time to sit down & write.

The other night as I was writing in my scripture journal. I read back a few years to some things that I had written down. And had the thought.

" Others will read of these experiences 

and will be strengthened "

How cool would it be for my children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren to read from my journals. And maybe at a time in their life be strengthened. 

I debated even sharing this post. 

Everything I have written lately has been in a personal journal.

I've felt like I didn't have anything to share.

or the things I could share, were too personal.

There are many things I've typed and left un-published.

I decided this year I would start writing again on my blog.

So give it up for the first real post of 2014.
